Default Help with nav screen issue

I'm relatively new to the Corvette game. Have a 2014 stingray. My nav screen does not go down when I press the screen down button .it worked fine two days ago and then it won't go down. Yesterday afternoon it came back and now this morning again it won't go down. I did search and saw one person say something jammed it but I have nothing behind it .I don't know which fuse to pull and check but it anyone has any ideas that would be great .thanks

Try nudging it down while hitting the switch. I may be stuck just because. If that's not it maybe someone will come along with a better idea than I can come up with. Good luck.

If you have an M7 make sure the car is not in reverse. Even shut down, the screen won't retract if the car is in reverse.

Sometimes when your battery is almost dead strange things will happen.

I didn't know this either. That's helpful but unfortunately not the case.

Just a little nudge to see. I wouldn't pry on it too hard either.

personally, I'd force it down and if it didn't go down, I'd just smash it. Then go get it fixed.

Much like I do with the printers when they act up. First throw it in the pool, then slam it on the ground. Pick up the pieces and go to Costco for another one. very simple

Up and working? 2014? I'd never touch the "down" button again, and consider myself fortunate!

Default Screen

Have read several post about screen going south. Some have said it was wire in bind and fixed DIY, known problem on early c7.
