If you haven’t changed your diff fluid, do so!!!
Mine was like thick zinc pasta only after 5000 mi. Full of metal particles. If it is too thick it might also affect the pump and temperature I can imagine.

The differential fan on on the ELSD at the left rear of the car is programmed to not run when the car is stopped. This is to avoid hearing the fan run at that location when stopped. I learned this during the factory tour.

14's had the best factory warranty of all C7's. You have a 5 year, 100k drivetrain warranty. Get it checked, you might still be under warranty!
