If this is for preventive maintenance, ask yourself the hourly rate at your dealer. I use approx. $125-$135/hr. My thought is the diff and man trans are not difficult; the clutch fluid a bit more difficult. If I had to guess (and it is a guess) a dealer will probably charge you somewhere in the 2 hrs. min, 3 hrs. max. Call parts dept. and ask how much fluid for each component your car and year take, and how much it costs to buy the fluids. You will have your number: parts+labor. Voila!
Not exactly what you're asking but as a frame of reference cost for me was about $130 for 4 qts redline trans fluid, 3 qts gm diff fluid, and 0.5 liter dot 4 brake fluid
I have a C7 MN7. it's time for clutch, trans and diff fluid replacement. how much should I expect to pay at a dealer?
I think the severe use maintenance schedule in the back of the owners handbook says change clutch fluid every two years or 25k miles and change diff and gearbox every 60k miles. and the regular use scheudle says every 2 years or 25k miles for clutch, but nothing for diff and gearbox.
why at a dealer? 69 years old and no lift at h\ome.

and my dealer's vetter labor rates are $150/her
Its been awhile since I've read an owners manual but it used to be that even though there was a regular use schedule, no car actually fits into the regular use category. The regular use category was written this way intentionally.

I only have 14k on my M7 and the diff fluid came out all silver as others have seen on other threads. This is with normal driving, no track days. Color isn't the perfect indicator but I would do it. The trans came out looking nice clear red, but my M7 shifts noticeably smoother after the change. Worth it. Clutch/brakes are a given as the fluid is hygroscopic and no different from any other car. At 69 I don't blame you and commend you on saving the manuals!
I changed the M7 trans and rear diff just because. Used GM stuff because of the warranty. The trans fluid is expensive.
As far as the clutch fluid, I've been using the Ranger method (cheap+easy). The trans and rear diff aren't that hard should you decide to go that direction.
I changed out my fluids about 500 miles ago, around the 6k mark.
I bought the oil at Costco for about 28 or so per six pack, and the other fluids from Amazon. Tranny, 49, diff, 17 and filter, 7. There is a garage down the street from my development, Marlton, NJ, and the owner is an EX Chevy mechanic with years of C7 experience. He did all the work, took him about 5 hours or so. Cost for the labor, about $250...
Of course, your mileage may vary.
I'm heading to Wing Ding in Knoxville right after Carlisle and by the time I return, I should be at the 10k mark so I change the oil then.

the dealer loves to charge 1K for a standard oil change with all those cabin filters...et all.
My local dealer is Elkins Chrevrolet, and they charge a fortune; they once quoted me almost $600 to swap the tires from the as-delivered rims to a set of Z06 chrome, road-force balance the wheels and while they had the tires off, I asked for them to install new brake pads, KMA folks, k.m.a. I wound up going to my local BUick/GMC dealer and the did the tires for less than $100. I will only use Elkins as a last resort. Of course, I still have two free oil changes coming to me but once they're done, goodbye.
I met Elkins' Corvette mechanic. While his skills may be good, I do not personally know, his demeanor leaves something to be desired.

Yea some of them have a strange attitude toward the customer not realizing that you are spending money that will help pay them.
