Seat covers
Has anyone had the dealer replace a seat cover? or just the seat back cover.
If so did it come out alright?
Reason for asking is I went to the dealer today to return a borrowed OBD2 reader the service writer let me borrow for a vehicle I have at home.
In conversation I was asking him about ware marks on the seat bolsters, you can't see the marks until you use a damp cloth to wipe the seat down. The service writer said just before the car hits 36k or 3 years bring it in and the dealer will order and install new seat covers on the seat back. He also said the factory replacement covers not all the time but sometimes the covers just don't fit right, or at least like factory.
