Order tracking

Does anyone know the link to being able track my build. I’ve found several links but I get “page not found”.

I have not found that it is possible other than using the customer service thread, which gets responded to every Thursday.

Chevy used to have a website where you could track your order but they took it down 3 or 4 years ago.

Yes. I remember that and I thought it was still up. I don’t want to bug the salesman all the time.

Your dealer has all the information, depending on how willing he is to share the information depends on the dealer. You also can check threw customer service here. The customer service folks here are willing to supply you with the updates on your order, the problem is their not always up to date. You can also contact customer service direct using the internet. They to are a little slow with the updates. Your dealer is the best source but they sometimes are not as forth coming as they should be.

Thunder....you were right. New car status/tracking information can be gotten through this GM chat line. Or by calling this number. 800-222-1020. I also talked to dealer and I got the same information. https://www.chevrolet.com/contact/chat
