Nope. Drive my cars everywhere big box, theaters, restaurants, hotels.... long trips, short trips... all my Corvettes (more than 700,000 miles), Porsches (300K) and Ferrari (40,000 miles).....and never a problem.

One must be careful that the car does not end up owning you instead of the other way around.....

That happens all the time with me. I have gotten into many discussions with people on as to why with all the parking spaces open why park right next to me. I do notice that with my side steps on my truck it never happens. Just can't understand it.

Did you ever consider that people might park next to your Vette because they know YOU won't damage THEIR car?

Maybe I should buy a beater to go around terrorizing fellow Corvette owners....

One thing I find amusing is that folks that drive much more expensive cars than our Corvettes don't display the angst over parking and such..... about 10 days ago I saw two Bentleys in a Home Depot lot in San Antonio.... people driving their cars to accomplish things in daily life..... sounds normal to me.

As contrasted with a C7, the 30 year old Ferrari is already your beater....
