I have a 2019 GS with the dry sump engine. It's still in the break in period I've not had the had the 500 mile oil change yet. Is This why the tech tech starts to show yellow at 3500 rpm? My 2015 was different it would show yellow at low rpm when the engine was cold and the red line would move higher as the engine warmed. Will the 2019 revert back to similar behavior after the 500 mile oil change or is this normal behavior for the 2019?

Yes, the redline will move up with miles.

You will get the same answer I did when I asked this question...Read the manual. Only problem it is not in the manual. When you reach 500 miles the tach will act normally.

Thanks all, yes when I hit 500 miles the tach reverted to normal behavior.
