My passenger side window will roll up fine in auto but gets to the top and reverses.
if I roll them up manually it is fine
is there a way to reset them?
You could try this (copied from the Owners Manual):
Programming the Power Windows
Programming may be necessary if the vehicle's battery has been disconnected or discharged. If the window will not express close, program each express-close window:
1. Close all doors.
2. Turn the ignition on or to ACC/ ACCESSORY.
3. Partially open the window to be programmed. Then close it and continue to pull the switch briefly after the window has fully closed.
4. Open the window and continue to press the switch briefly after the window has fully opened.
Manually & it's a '14? Maybe my late nite dementia is kicking in-what am I missing? Does he mean reverses when using 1 touch up versus holding up button till closed?

If the top is up all works fine
if the top is down and i use the 1 touch close it will go up and reverse
if i do it manually with the button it will close and stop

Check your seals. I had a water leak (fixed) and all the rubber seals were replaced. Neither the drivers or pax would 1-touch and it would reverse. The seals were too tight. It fixed itself over time (a week) by keeping the windows rolled up and letting the rubber settle in.
Marc, as I understand this only happens when you roll the window up while your top is down. If so, I have no idea why it does what it does. I've not had any of my Verts act like that. The OM says if the windows need to be re-programmed (indexed) you should get a message in the DIC. However, that may not be the case. I would say try re-programming both windows. If that doesn't work try rebooting the entire system by unhooking the positive battery cable for a bit, hook her back up, and re-index the windows again to see if that will do the trick. With all the electronics in cars these days I'm like a fish out of water. At times I just don't know what's going on with cars today. Good luck.

I had this problem on 2014 passenger side and 2017 Driver side. When I told the Dealership about it they
tried to adjust the windows but it did not work.
When I did the one up without holding the switch the window would roll down, this would happen after putting
the top back on.
Make a long story short, had techs from BG coming in and replace motors inside doors.
You can hold the switch in an up position and if it works good but when one side goes up fine and the other
does not using the auto up feature after putting the top on, I have a problem saying this is normal.
