Default 2014 Audio Question

This might be a dumb question, but I could use some help. Last time I went to an outdoor movie theater I could only get the radio to work for about 15 minutes in accessory mode before the radio would turn off. each time I had to start the over and the lights would come on for a few minutes. Does anyone know how I can keep that from happening?

Go to service mode. Press Start for 5 sec without pressing clutch or brake pedal. See IGNITION POSITIONS in your manual.

Service Only Mode

This power mode is available for service and diagnostics, and to verify the proper operation of the malfunction indicator lamp as maybe required for emission inspection purposes. With the vehicle off, and the brake pedal not applied, pressing and holding the button for more than five seconds will place the vehicle in Service Only Mode.
The instruments and audio systems will operate as they do in ON/RUN,but the vehicle will not be able to be driven. The engine will not start in Service Only Mode. Press the button again to turn the vehicle off.

2017 Stingray.

You can use the radio without putting it in acc or service mode.
Just get in the car with the FOB in your pocket and press the power button on for the infotainment system.
