whats up guys? I have been hanging around here lurking for the past 3 weeks. I just ordered a 19 gs m7 in ceramic grey with black wheels, cf grand sport stripe, and cf hash marks. the dealer I ordered from actually has a c65 z06 and I absolutely love the color. i have noticed a lot of you are not to fond of it, no hard feelings though. i also ordered it with grey interior.
the dealer told me it is scheduled to be built the week of oct 8th, any idea how long until that gets to a dealer in nj?
just received $300 plus of adams products to shine it up.
I have the same TPW as the OP but I bet it'll take a lot longer for me (I'm on the Left Coast)
It does appear to take longer for vettes going to the west coast. My "two week" estimate is based on my own experience with a delivery to a NJ dealer (Kerbeck)
If you have extra $$, consider the Buyers Tour at Bowling Green. I watched my vette get built over 2-3 days at the factory. Helped with my impatience!
i haven't heard of that. i have only heard of museum delivery. i actually considered that but then i thought about the kind of luck i have. if i were to get a museum delivery and drive home, there would be a 90% chance of me driving through construction zones at least 50% of the way.

The "Buyers Tour" is not the same as a museum delivery. With the Buyers Tour, you get to watch your vette being built, but you don't get to drive it home. At the completion of the Buyers Tour, your Vette still has to be shipped to your dealer.....taking about two weeks. Here is a pic of me and my wife with my newly built vette at the conclusion of the Buyers Tour. The Buyers Tour is set up through the National Corvette Museum - not your dealer.
The buyers plant tour is not available until the spring of 19 due to all the secret stuff that is going on with the new car. You could still opt for museum delivery...Congrats on the new car. Nice colour choices.

WOW, that's cool. how much does that run? nice car too!

It was $700 for the two of us. Of course airfare and hotel are extra. Unfortunately, as dyoung informed, the Buyers Tour is suspended until Spring 19. I didn't know that until dyoung's post.
Congrats! I just picked up my ordered 2019 GS M7 a week ago tomorrow. Ordered July 9th, TPW of August 27th, and shipped about a week after built. Shipped by truck to Kansas City...only took two days to get here after it was picked up. I've already tinted the windows, swapped brake pads, installed a CAGS eliminator, and added the Stage 3 wicker bills from ACS. You're going to LOVE it!

I thought they got rid of the 1st to 4th shift a long time ago? I remember putting an eliminator on my 92, but I don't remember doing it on my 99 and I know I didn't do it on my 05. back when I had my 92 I could never get a grip on that whole concept, and im no closer today to understanding it. it just doesn't make any sense.

What trim did you get?
And did you get the gloss carbon fiber interior with your order?
My take on Ceramic Matrix: I like it, but I think there's a certain configuration to make it look cool, and it's a little limited on color combinations vs what's available. Kinda like Black Rose from a couple of model years back. There's a certain theme that just "works" with it. You're on the right track, and we'll be looking forward to mid-October when you drive it out of the lot.
2lt grey interior.
gs heritage package (all I really wanted was the hash marks, so I paid up for those)
and navigation. that's about it for interior.
I also got carbon flash mirrors and badges
