Disconnecting the battery for storage
#21
I think I know the facility he is talking about, if its in the Twin Cities. If its heated, no issue unhooking the battery and leaving no tender on it. My cars have sat in an un-heated garage here in Minnesota for close to 20 years. I do have a tender on them, no issues at all.
I got lucky this year though and found a heated place to store it that will let me hook up the tender and they don't move it around.

I'm disconnecting the battery for storage of my C7 GS (no power for trickle charger). I've read several threads on doing this, but haven't seen anything on how you close the hatch after disconnecting the battery. It's a 2019 with the power hatch close; however, with no battery how do you close the hatch?.

It will latch but not draw itself closed.
