Default Question on seats

Are the competition seats and regular seats a direct fitment swap? Meaning you can take one out and out the other in. I have competition seats and am thinking about selling them or trading them plus cash for regular seats. Thanks in advance.

Seat pans are the same so mounting is the same, but I understand there is a different foam shape in Comp and Touring seat bottoms. The main difference is in the seat back.

Default same position

I bought a '14 with the comp seats thinking I'd love them BUT my size made them very uncomfortable around the lats.
I investigated following a similar route BUT(again) my Vette mechanic down at Titus-Will in Olympia, WA said he'd do the work BUT(again)
he said it would void the warranty, especially relating to the airbags. Now, this is my anecdotal tale therefore this is not proof nor a foregone
conclusion (and this was 3 years ago).

Best of luck....

Should be swap in with no programming needed if it's Comp 2lt/3lt to Sport 2lt/3lt.
Interested in a swap? Am relatively local.
