On my C6 I had a plate frame that was "L" shaped and mounted under the bumper cover and had two studs that used wing nuts on it for a quick remove and replace. I had the plate off more than it was on. I'm not sure if that same frame would work on the C7, probably not. Is there anything out there now similar that works on the C7? I haven't really checked it out yet.
