Decal hash marks on ceramic coating??

Personally, I would be cautious applying over ceramic coating as most decal installation instructions I've seen state quite prominently 'remove all wax/oils etc from surface with alcohol or solvent prior to application'. I would assume this applies to removing ceramic coatings as well.
However you could try a set and if they don't adhere well, do it over. Certainly not the end of the world.
