I don't think that one is installed correctly. It's supposed to go directly behind the seats.

Every picture of this tray I have seen shows it installed in the same place. I don't see how this tray would fit directly behind the seats.
Here is the same tray installed in a 'vert:
And again in a coupe:
Maybe you're confusing the tray in the first post with this one?

I guess I was thinking of a C6 tray. I think it's too shallow to be useful in the trunk, but it depends on what you normally carry back there.

Never seen this tray before. Any idea where it can be found?

Same here. I've purchased three to go in three different cars. Great product. Weighted base keeps it in place.

I bought one of the southern parts place tray cheap that was used in a C 5 and cut down the ends ( the foam and carpet ) then cut a slit in the trays so as to still use the clips for the covering for the back window glass

Based on the items in the photo, I would just buy a nice gym bag instead of having them stored on trays. They really think you will use this for golf *****?
If your OCD, get a C7 Corvette travel bag because having another Corvette logo item is never a bad thing.

Great idea but looks like stuff would just fly out over 1-2" deep pockets.

Does this allow the top to be stored still?

I just use a small plastic basket from Wally World. It's about 16" x 12" and 5" high. Just big enough for a kleenex box, water bottle, flashlight, microfiber cloth, and my wife socks when she get cold feet.

I mostly want it to keep small items from sliding around, so I think this will work well.

I have that one too. It folds flat when not being used. The dividers are moveable to fit whatever you have in it.

I bought one. Looks great, but stinks to high heaven. I'll need to air it out for a couple of weeks before I put it in my vette.

Mine is being delivered as I type this. I'll leave it out for the weekend.

Hmm?
Put 60K on our 2006 C6 convertible. Now 30K on our 2014 C7 convertible. Never needed a trunk organizer. Don't see that changing. Some stuff is just that 'stuff'.

MacNeil Automotive (the WeathreTech Floorliner people) have a cargo management system that is four "L" shaped plastic pieces that can be moved anywhere in the trunk to keep stuff from sliding around. They are about $35 and work on carpet or on the Floorliner, and I have liked them.
