Thoughts on this car???
It's a 1LT M7 Admiral Blue Stingray with NPP exhaust and aftermarket upgrades (front and rear spoiler, side skirts) and looks like Z06 wheels?

I'm going to go look at it tomorrow. It's in their showroom so no test drives unless we finalize a deal.
It's got less than 7,000 km, which is about 4,400 miles.
Keep in mind this is a Canadian car in $CDN.
Good deal or no?

Are Corvettes a lot more expensive in Canada or has the Canadian dollar tanked? Seems expensive to me, but I don't know the market. Beautiful car though! You'll get a lot of haters for the 1LT, but if it suits your needs/wants, go for it!.

Price is kind of steep considering a 1LT base car has MSRP of $65k, but this car supposedly has $12k of aftermarket upgrades but I'm not sure how the dealer thinks that counts dollar for dollar. Anyway I have been all over the map since I decided to buy a C7. Started off thinking about a used one, then new Stingray, then new Z51, then a new GS. A new GS would be about $88k MSRP so with tax this car would be $30k cheaper.

Offer them $58k and don't budge easily, maybe meet them at $59k later if you like the car. It's heading into the snow season and Corvettes aren't going to sell easily. As far as the car, it looks nice. 1LT has plenty of options for most people unless you really need the extras.
Since it's been modded, you may want to have it checked by a mechanic you trust to make sure no funny business was done. Of course they'll tell you they never did anything to the engine or whatever but you should make sure.
Also, are those Z06 factory wheels or Z06 style? Because I thought they are too wide for the non wide body car, someone chime in on this if you know.

You have to want the modifications that are on it and value them as you may not get anything for them when you sell. Car looks tastefully done. It's difficult to judge price not knowing the Canadian market but appears reasonable.

Not Z06 wheels as they stick out too far. Tires are not original either.

I'm not buying a car (especially used) without a test drive. I bought a Grand Sport that was in the showroom. I wanted to drive it. They opened the double doors and rolled it out.

The tires are Nitto NT555 G2 and I'm fine with that I have the same tires on my SRT.

Canadian dealers are notoriously stingy with the test drives on performance vehicles. He said if we settle on a purchase price he would let me drive it. I get that; lots of tire kickers out there and I don't want them beating on a car I'm about to buy anyway.

I don't think they are Z06 wheels based on the tires. I downloaded the pics and zoomed in. Front tires are 255 and rears are 305. Those tires would be too narrow for the Z06 wheels I would think?

Those are actually the GM Motorsport Black Aluminum wheels that are an Accessory and are an additional 5k option.
I had those on my 16 Stingray. They are specific to the Stingray because of the different sizes from the Z06. When I bought the car, apparently a deal fell through as the guy who ordered the car wanted these as an option on top of the standard wheels and tires that come with the car. So I got two sets of tires and wheels when I bought the car. So those are expensive Genuine Corvette Accessory Wheels. I bet the person who bought this car originally did the same thing, bought with the standard wheels and tires and got these as an option. I guess you can’t order the car with these on the car..

Go Canes!
At $47K USD, for a non-Z-51 (technically 2 years old) car. Seems a bit high. Low miles help keep it in check. Probably an average deal. If you like the aftermarket parts, then it is worth it. Those are about 2-3K of aftermarket parts on it (including the re-pro wheels).
As others said, low-ball and see what happens. What do you have to lose???

Apart from anything else, I don't care whose showroom it's in, no test drive of a used car... NO DEAL!

This is just me, but how does the price on that car compare to a used Z51 in a higher trim level (2LT, etc).
I bought my 1LT because it was the same price new as a 3 year old 3LT and seemed to be a better value. (I still stand by that)
However, if I was looking at the used market, I would probably try to go for a car with no aftermarket add-ons and a higher trim level. This way you know that nobody has hacked in to the car, and you are paying for creature comforts that you will like, rather than some wheels and ground effects installed by someone else.
Besides....if I was up in your neck of the woods.....heated seats would definitely be a plus.

Buy at least a C7 with the 2LT trim package. You're already getting ho$ed in Canada so badly that you might as well get a C7 with decent options on it. Otherwise, $58K in Canadian hosing, is a great price for it.
As far as getting the 1LT package? No one with a 2LT EVER said they wish they had bought a 1LT......
When you own a 1LT, everything you didn't get becomes regret. Fact.

This is the logic that originally got me from spending $60k on a used Stingray to nearly $90k on a new GS 2LT...it's like a big mental circle jerk...LMAO.
