I like to park in front of the gas pumps at gas stations whether I need gas or not. I always get my own nice big parking space with the option to fill er up.
I hate people who do that ****...especially when I roll in and all the pumps are full and here comes "Mister I'm special" who bought 12 lottery tickets, a 6 pack, snacks and no gas
Thanks for sharing the MM ENZO story. Was that a chance occurrence that you parked next to him or is it someone you know? Just curious...because as we all know, the Corvette is a conversation starter...so is the Prancing Horse, but I don own one of those...

Just a chance occurrence. Never saw the owner. I posted the pic in another thread and a CF member pointed out that particular car's history. Quite a story.
Yes, and it never ceases to amaze me the trouble people will go to, just to "teach someone a lesson", for the infraction of just trying to take care of their PERSONALLY OWNED vehicle. I couldn't tell you the number of times I've been parked in the "South 40" of a lot, no one else around for miles, and yet there will be that one car parked next to it when I leave. And it is usually a pickup truck or a beater. Also, to the OP, I have parked in really wide spots like that, only to have some jerk intentionally park over the lines (that, or they failed at coloring between the lines in kindergarten).

When I had my prior daily-driver Vettes in the 90s and early 2000s, I had my own parking garage space where I couldn't possibly be hit or dinged.
These days, as my career winds to an end, the days of assigned spots are long gone and I park in a large, uncovered lot, where you throw the dice as to the parking abilities of hundreds and hundreds of co-workers.
Thus, I don't drive my Vette to work anymore and take the "I don't care" car.
