Dealerships recently have been told-sell as many C7s as you can
Recently heard of someone who put a deposit down on the mid engine C-8..Maybe many of you have already....
From what I'm hearing the person who put the deposit down knows someone in the industry,That person said he personally has seen the car a few times and has sat in it...He states, the car is spectacular and will not be sold over MSRP.....Will not be sold to dealerships, exporters and such...
So, what does this all mean for the people selling there Z06's or stingrays ? Probably not good as far as getting your price if dealerships want to move as many as they can....
Heard that Chevy may not make a front engine corvette anymore....Don't know how true that is, I'm a big fan of the way the C-7 looks, especially the Z06....The ZR1 to me is just a little bulky but you can't argue with 755 horse...

The comment about dealers not selling the C8. That was a joke, right? Who does GM think is going to sell them??

Agreed, more bologna. If the demand is there for the C8, expect 15-20k addendum all over the place. Dealers only get so many so they are going to maximize profits if they can.

Someone told me, who is in the know, that the new C8 will have two engines: one in front, and one in back. Like an earth mover. Do not doubt him.
