Is there a way to set rev limit without turning on valet mode?

If what you are asking if there is any way to limit RPMs or speed, then no.

Even in Valet mode, it does not limit speed or RPMs.

Rev limiter sets itself at 6600. But you no doubt want to set it lower or maybe higher.

Can do that with dip switches in the electronic ignition I installed just for that purpose in my Street Rod but not the C7. Did that so I did not allow to rev that 502 cid engine past 6000 rpm not for another driver.

Know of no way to do that in a C7. Perhaps a tuner can find a way to give some options.

A tuning setup like HP tuners would allow you to go in and adjust the limits, but you are now altering the stock tune and would be at risk of losing your warranty if you needed significant repair and they investigated the tune history.

As stated Valet mode does not limit speed or RPM
