What was your very first car?

Le Mans Master
1955 Chevy Belair 2 door post sedan. Red and white, black vinyl interior, rust free. Straight 6 (that leaked oil from almost every gasket) with 3 on the tree. Literally a barn find that I found in 1967. Paid $100 cash. Ended up putting in a 327 4 barrel, Isky Cam, headers and a 4 speed with a Competition Plus Hurst shifter. It ran well. Boy the memories with that car.

Jeeze, I hate to admit it, but it was a 1959 Renault Dolphine with "town & country horn" Beep Beep, Bop Bop. Traded my Honda 50 straight across for it.

Safety Car
1983 Ford Mustang GLX - automatic, boring beige exterior, hot and sticky red vinyl interior. It was stolen after only 8 months but I didn't miss it at all. It had the inline 6 which accelerated like a 4 but drank gas like an 8. I think it was stolen because the stereo was worth more then the car itself.
After that I got my first real car that I actually loved: an 1985 Honda Civic S1500 Hatchback - 5 speed, black interior. Great handling little car, it felt quick (it wasn't but loved to rev like all Hondas), shifted super smooth and got fantastic gas mileage which was important since I was a broke high school kid.

First was a 1960 Ford Falcon my grandparents bought me so I could commute to auto mechanics school. White with blue interior. 144cid in line 6 and two speed auto. Wouldn't even spin the tires on a gravel road.

1956 buick super. I worked for my dad all summer and he gave me an air compressor that I traded for the car. I cut a hole in the roof above the back seat kinda like a sun roof. That was a jackrabbit gettin rig. I could sell the rabbits for almost enough to buy more .22 ammo. Not really sure why dad thought a 12 year old needed a car.

1982 Mazda B2000 pick up truck. Dealer installed A/C because they didn't come installed from the factory if I remember correctly. 5 on the floor and a bone jarring 68 bhp 4 banger with CA emissions equipment onboard.
Whenever I had a chance I would drive to San Francisco to practice driving on the 'hilly' streets. People behind me would yell the ching chong at me when I let the truck roll back a little too much for comfort at the stop lights. I don't think they were yelling compliments.
