I've mostly been playing FM7 offline. I have not ever done any online racing. I just got Assetto Corsa. I'll do some practicing with the C7.

I am on steam with the same screen name. Assetto Corsa is one of my all time favorites.
I assume you are on PC?

Yes, I am on PC.

How do you like the Club Sport pedals? I have the Elite with load cell brake.

Work fine, good quality, and has been very reliable.

GTX 1080Ti or better. I love it...!! It's an excuse to upgrade my video card to one of the RTX 20xx.

Yeah, I'm debating on getting the 2018Ti (Currently 1080 Founders) But I think I would need to upgrade the rest of my computer to take advantage of the 2080Ti

That is awesome. I have been thinking about getting into sim racing, but I don't know whether I'd like or not. I tried video game, and I returned it in couple of weeks. I wish you were close by, so I can try it.

Can you post the equipment you have?

I am not really a video game guy either but racing sims (at this level at least) keep my interest do to the level of detail employed...

Very cool indeed. Good to see what is needed to set one up and how well they actually work.
I'm still able to enjoy tracking my C7, but once I feel I can no longer do it safely, my plan has always been to set up a sim racer for the rest of my days. Probably not as elaborate as the OP's but I figure, it would pay for itself in just 2 or 3 years with the money I would normally spend on one or two track events each year.
I'm taking notes.

Thank you, kind sir! I don't have the resources or the genes of Paul Newman, but at 72 I still feel like I've got a few years before I have to make that move.

Happy New Year
