In addition to trying the programming instructions for SmartTop,before you pull the waterfall out, you might look for a USB cable coming from behind the waterfall (it comes with the SmartTop and allows one to connect a windows or Mac laptop in order to do firmware updates). I have the USB cable on mine tucked loosely behind the waterfall, and you'd only see it if you move the driver's seat up and look.

I DO NOT see a module under the steering column. Everything works but the windows rolling up after putting the top in the UP position.
Maybe I can find a module online or through the manufacturer.

I DO NOT need to hold the button down on dash (or keyfob). I just tap the top up or down button on dash and the top does its thing. I can also open the top by tapping 3 times on the door release handle. It is really a great add-on.
I had no idea the car had the smartop module. Found out by mistake when I took my finger off the top button one day and it kept going down.

When I bought mine in Sept, There was no window module available for 2018 or 2019.
Your best bet would be to contact the manufacturer and see if they have come out with one, yet.
