Default Install new hood

Could someone please give me a little advice on installing my new hood. I'm not super mechanically inclined. There's already 1 screw installed in the bar thingamajig, looks like an allen nut, but how do I install into the slots? Thanks for the help.

I wonder if that was just for packaging? I would assume you would be reusing the oem bolts and its been a while but i think the bars coming out of the engine bay are threaded so you wouldn't need a nut

ps looks like you've got a battle plan for a kick *** bbq on that chalk board!

This is probably something you should have not attempted. I'd put back what was removed and send it back.

Yeah, I'm getting it all sorted. Just taking off part A from original hood and installing it into slot A in new hood. It's pretty straightforward.
Haha, yeah that chalkboard. I run aftercare and camp on a farm and the little kids hang out in here and do homework.
Thanks for the input.

Looking good..glad you got it and looks like 99% of the people that posted here were helpful. Did you have any more carbon fiber plans?

I have CF rear vents, diffuser light frames, enormous CF rear wing (can't tell, right?). and CF center console and steering wheel. I may pick up a CF roof, as well. Thing is, the hood isn't normal CF, it's Carbon Kevlar, so it's a unique weave. I'm really loving the hood. Took almost 2 months to make it.

PEMDAS, as commonly used seems a little beyond what might be needed by whomever did the rest of the "board work."
