Buying a new Vette - speak to Mike Furman at Criswell
Hi All,
Bought my fifth corvette earlier today. My first at Criswell Chevrolet in Maryland. It was a eight hour round trip drive but worth it!
Their Corvette sales specialist- Mike Furman is excellent and earned my business! Straight up, efficient and makes for the perfect buying experience! The car was ready upon my arrival and I was in and out of the dealership within 40 minutes from arriving, completing all the paperwork with the finance manager
and chatting with Mike. No BS, no pricing games or hidden costs, what a great guy!
I suggest giving Mike a go at your next Corvette purchase.
I wish we could get Mike to come out West and work/own a dealership out this way but in any event I sent a friend of mine to Mike (via phone) and he has ordered a new Grand Sport which is to be built later this month and delivered out west in mid to late February!
I'd also recommend Mike if you're buying a used Vette.
I did, bought my 2014 Z51 from him back in 2016. Traveled 300 miles to get it, but it was worth it.
I bought mine ftom Criswell though my salesman was Ryan. I understand why this dealer sells as many Vettes as they do. No hassle, I did the entire deal online and no BS or surprises when I got there. I drove 11.5 hrs from Chicago and it was well worth the drive. Being I trust how these guys do business, next time I will simply have car shipped.
We live in Indy, and nobody would take our order local since it was just days before factory was stopping 2017 orders. Called Mike Furman, and within 24hrs had the order complete, FedX'd all the paper work, about as painless as can be. Mike organized the factory build tour watching our car get built (just days before BG stopped the tours) and the museum delivery. I'd drive the 10hr to Mike for the next one
Mr. Furman was quite helpful with my factory order of my 2017 Stingray 2LT coupe - which I picked up on February 1st of 2017. When I started lurking on the Corvette Forum, he reached out to me via private message, we emailed a few times and I spoke with him on the phone.
From the moment I met him in person (we made an appointment & he greeted me in the showroom), the whole process worked like a Swiss watch. No hassles, straight-up fair pricing and no BS. With this as my first Corvette ever, I pretty much knew what I wanted - but he gave me some great suggestions for options. My car actually arrived a week earlier than promised, which was a pleasant surprise.
