Knocking noise when turning steering
My C7 Z51 was built in September 2013. Little understanding from anyone, dealers included, about how bad it was! The first cold moring when it happed to me I wondered myself as had a C6 Z51 for 6 years with the same width tires, made that same full lock turn after backing out of the garage to go down the driveway and never any "Hopping" or significant "Chatter." In fact, felt like it might be the rear dif like my street rod, which needed posi friction modifier added.
A Forum Poster about that time said he was out to dinner with his wife and it was cold when he backed out of a parking slot and made a full lock turn. The "hopping" was so bad he got out to see what broke! His wife wanted him to pull back, take a cab home and call the dealer.
Another I consider more "serous." A young lady posted she took her friend for a ride and when she made a full lock turn, her friend, who owned a Porsche with the same width summer only tires, said "What a piece of junk!" His Porsche didn't do that! Fact is he didn't have our race car type construction, very low slip angle Michelin tires! My suggestion in the PDF that shows why it occurs and with the exact same Ackerman steering geometry it does NOT with winter and most all-season tires, states if you have a friend in the car. "DON'T MAKE A FULL LOCK TURN AND MAKE A 'K' TURN. If you don't your friend will surly tell all your others what a piece of junk you bought! Or make a copy of my PDF and put in the glove compartment so they can look at the pictures that define the issue!

Since I don't like the "feel" and still make full lock turns when warm to go down the driveway, when below 50 F after backing out of the garage I turn less and make "K" turns. Been doing that for 6 years!

Pg 22:
Tire Chatter/Hop When driving at slow speeds and in very tight turns, the vehicle may have tire chatter/hop. This condition is normal and the vehicle does not require service.
They probably would IF they put on the C7s OEM tires with the same aspect ratio!
My C6 Z51 with the same width front tires as my C7 Z51 had little with the OEM Goodyears. When I replaced them with Firestone it was greater BUT not nearly as bad as C7. Others have reported the same issue with some Summer Only tires on their Porsches.
Our BMW SUV has the "performance" option with wide, summer only Continental tires but they are not as low a profile. I have driven it often at 30 F and make the same full lock turn to go down the driveway. No Chatter width those tires. But those who have switched their C7 to winter and most all-season tires say they also don't chatter and the Ackerman steering geometry is the same as when it's occurring with the OEM tires.

Every time I turn to the left or the right and even make u turn with slow speed then the steering would make some kind of ticking like a knocking noise, it is last about 1-5 second but specially happen when engine is cold or in the morning and at night
Pls give me some advice and I am very new member at this forum
Thank you very much

Easy to turn less and make a "K" turn! When warm out, a full lock turn creates only moderate "Chatter."
Was not as bad in the Base car before they switched to all having the same size and apparently type tire.

It doesn't affect the path of the vehicle nor does it damage anything.....

When it's below ~45F, the little extra time it takes to turn the wheel less and make a "K" turn, I think about the smile on my face when I hit ~1.2 "g" around the fountain at the end of my street in warm weather!

I know it "Does No Harm" (although dragging cold tires across concrete is not "helping" tire mileage) but I don't like it!

I had the same questions when I bought my 2019, I am a first owner as well so I freaked out! haha Anyway, you get used to it, perfectly normal! Tires grabbing and pulling, nothing is wrong at all with the car! In addition, welcome to the forum! ENJOY your new Vette!!!

When below 45 F, GM's more descriptive word fits better- "Hopping!" That is when I prefer to turn the wheel less and make a "K" turn!
