Hi, all - looking for feedback on Chevy’s extended protection plan. My C7 is just about ready for one and, naturally, I am getting lots of marketing materials from the manufacturer.
It seems like a good deal - basically the same price offered by the dealership when I bought my car, if I pay it all at once rather than monthly. Is it worth it or are there better plans I should consider first?

Appreciate any insights.
There is only one 'GM' plan. The GM EPP. A whole bunch of us bought of this one guy, here on the forum, but there are others on here selling as well.
got mine from Dennis best price and great customer relations
I agree, call Dennis, I have purchased two GM Extended Warranties from Dennis and he had the best price. He will send you a list of his prices and you can compare them with others.
I suggest you throw all of those extended warranty letters in the trash as you don't know what they are selling. And, you do not want a third party warranty at any cost. Many of our forum dealers offer good prices on the genuine GM extended warranty. Shop around for the best price before you buy.
PM sent.

Just for the record, what Dennis sells was known as the GMEPP in the past. The name has been changed to Chevrolet Protection Plan. It's now named for each GM brand so there's also one for Cadillac, Buick, and GMC, but it's the same plan.
I just want to say Thanks to all of my friends(not customers) in the Vette world for recommending me, I DO APPRECIATE it very much. I have found out that someone out there is giving away warranties but I don't ever seem to see him on the forum or answering anyones very important questions that they post about their cars or warranties, etc. I take pride in helping my friends out any time needed. Well enough of rambling!!
I always use Fidelity warrenty services here in Pompano beach florida. I just got another exteneded, Platinum with zero deductable. Costs $3400 for 3 years or 36,000 miles. Its less with a $50 deductable and less with higher deductiables. You can get it at an authorized dealer. Great service.

That ($3400 for three years, 36,000 miles) is very high. I had a 7 year, 56,000 mile zero deductible Platinum through Dennis Fichtner for almost half that....
Runner 61627, I am sure glad you posted your comment, that guy overpaid by a HUGE amount for a 36/36K and thought he got a good deal, I guess they are programmed in Florida to pay thru the roof.
Skid Row Joe, did you check with me about a plan??
