Just was there 2 weeks ago. Got lucky with the weather as there have been several cold wet storms that have gone through there this winter. They run rain or shine but I found it hard to imagine how it would be in heavy rain.
.
When I was there they had our group on the very short and technical "Radical" track which was not great in my opinion. Hopefully you get a bigger track with higher speeds. Other than that it was a great experience. Nice people there.

Yeah I hope the weather will work out. As of now they said the 2.1 track was scheduled. I have watched some YouTube of that track and it looks like fun. Showed some speeds of 120 to 130 in the long straight away. Hope to be a blast.

You can actually get up close to that speed from turn 2 to turn 3 as well. Lots of fun

That was the definitely the most fun part of the track for me. Just letting it rip with the elevation changes and gradual right turn was a blast.

OP - Have fun . . . you will never regret or forget the experience!!!

The 2.1 track is a bit faster, but the 2.2 is more challenging, more elevation change and a better variety of corners. Personally after driving both, I prefer the 2.2 track, but that's just my opinion, either way you will have a blast and learn a lot. First class operation all the way around, from the facility, to the condos, to the instructors. When you're done with the class, you'll be thinking about when you can come back. Good luck and enjoy!!

I got up to 115 on the long straight heading to turn 1. I drove a Z51. I think the Z06 could get slightly higher speed there but I caught back up after that.
Great time and great instruction. I want to go back.

What track did they have you on? The week before they had us on the very short Radical track which was not optimal in my opinion. When they are constantly giving you real time instructions in the car it was made things harder with a smaller tighter track. After the second session I found myself turning their audio down as it was just too much chatter for me.

I was on the east track. It was member race weekend and the Raficals were running hard on the main track.
