ltregger need some more info to help you out.. could be as simple as winter tires contacting the pavement.

It’s normal and on page 22 of my owners manual (Tire Chatter/Hop).
You have a very serious problem, I would have it taken on a truck to the nearest dealership, they can help.
You may have hit something, do not drive it. It isnt safe.

Normal for c7's even though it does make the car feel like a cheap POS in the parking lot. The c6's didn't do this.

The colder it is out and the tighter you turn the wheel the more tire scrub you will experience. Its in the owners manual. Please read it as it will answer other questions you will have, then you won't have to post questions that have been asked over and over.
