I was in a hurry and did not debate with him.
But I am going back to get them switched side to side and also because I want to see and inspect them as they come off the car and be sure they hand torque the lugs to 100.

Some dealer service depts. and techs are not tuned into the side to side rotation...I asked for it last month and the tech said he didn't do it "because they ( Michelin Pilot S S zps) are directional".
I was in a hurry and did not debate with him.

My 17 Z06 at 5k looks like its about to pass the stingray wear with the same 300 tread wear number, You can tell it is sticky and probably softer by the way it picks up rocks even when cold. So much for Gov required comparison numbers! I will be lucky to get 20k on these tires. I guess the spec numbers are important too!
