New 2019 Grand sport owner and just now when parking at work I parked to close to the curb and scraped the very middle of the front ground effects. I previously had a camaro and never did this and always gave myself plenty of room so I am not sure what I was thinking or doing right now but I’m so mad and about to freak out. Is there a cheap easy fix for this or am I screwed? Any help would be really appreciated.

The poverty splitter cost about $180-200, the lower end of the range depending on if the dealer's parts guy will give you a break. I just bought one for my car and got it for right at $180, tax included.
I might head over to Lowe’s and try the fine sanding for now before I replace. Would I need some kind of touch up paint too or just a little sanding to smooth it over? Forgive my ignorance but this is all new to me and not the handiest person
Ask the Googles for GM Part: 22922352 and you'll get dozens of vendors to choose from. Very inexpensive part as others have said. Easy to remove and replace too.
First off, calm down and breath.
The first one is always the toughest one. In other words, it may happen again. So don’t get too carried away with the repair at this point.
Use a knife (utility knife) and cut off the high spots, just clean it up. Then a dark gray sharpie to color it in because they are much easier to use than paint, and call it lovely.
Now get used to your new car, and when you’re feeling ambitious you can follow up with a filler and paint or replace the damaged part.
Jmo, and good luck with the repair!
edit:
If you’re not handy I’d recommend staying away from sand paper at this time, it’ll scratch the heck out of everything else that doesn’t need to be touched.

Do front cameras come with all Vettes past 2015 or do you need a 2LT to get them? Im asking because the OP said he has a 2019, just curious why front cameras weren't used OR if he didn't have them due to his option level.
I wouldn't even worry about that. Just give it time, it will get much worse. I have the stage 2 with a few dings and the bottom ground up pretty good. Doesn't bother me one bit. Once it's destroyed ill put a new one one it.

I suggest performing the repair outlined above and then become accustomed to the car. If after six months or so you do not do it again, replace the splitter.
1LT so no front camera.... going to sand with a couple different higher grits and hope for best. If it still drives me crazy I’ll replace down the road once I’m more used to the car
Hell I did that on the first day with the car when I pulled into a steak house. Got pissed, drank a lot, didn't worry about it further. Its gonna get scratched.
Now I use these parking cameras every time I pull into any spot.
