C7 roof mold is wrong?
See the pic. My ZR1's roof does not line up with the body lines on the driver side. It does line up on the passenger side. The latches are all 100% tight, and I've had it on/off several times with identical results. So it isn't misaligned. I conclude maybe the actual roof mold is wrong. And thus it would have affected many more C7s than just mine. Maybe yours. Please chime in.

What does the other side look like?
Some say a photo can be worth 1000 words - concerning the other side.
Yes, I see a mis-alignment in the one photo.

My rear bumper is off by that much if not more on both sides. The good news is the roof alignment must be easier then other body parts since (by its very nature) its removable.

Did any of you read the OP???

A couple of items could be at issue; there's a new replacement roof weather strip ( 12810-c ) available and was replaced under warranty. The second is the adjustment specs which are, rear torque for rear pins, 16 ft lbs, and front handles at 13 ft lbs. The tech also adjusted the rear hook one turn. I suspect the one turn hook adjustment would be different on every car. Lubed everything with GM Superlube. I have a 2016 CPO Stingray. Hope that helps. Ron

Simple, just loosen the appropriate fasteners/pins and move it over half the distance between the two sides.
(Ah, yes... as someone above already suggested)

Yes, it sure looks misaligned. Hope it turns out to be a simple adjustment.
