This is from Vette Lights site: Lens Options:

Clear - Allows you to finish as desired (minimum finish to retain warranty is a UV-resistant clear coat).
Painted - Color matched (or black) paint on the lens but a strip is left clear over the diodes so that they are visible at all times.
Tinted - Allows you to finish as desired (minimum finish to retain warranty is a UV-resistant clear coat).
Tinted (Painted) - Color matched (or black) paint on the lens but a strip is left tinted over the diodes so that they are visible at all times.
Ghosted (Ghosted) - Color matched (or black) paint covering the lens entirely with a thinner coat applied over the diodes. This conceals the LED strip so that it is not even noticed until the lights are turned on, then they shine right through.

The ghosted one comes to 508.95 for front and rear set, really its that expensive or am i doing something wrong?

No, as that’s the cost —but if you order from Vette Lights the forum dealer (as I did) you get a discount!

9 weeks in at this point since order placed. Found out that they do NOT do Artic White anymore. Switched to Carbon Flash told another 4 weeks. Ridiculous!
