JerryU I forgot to ask When speaking of "neutral toe" does that mean setting it to 0 degrees? and is that safe or is 0.08 degrees the lowest I should go?

Zero is fine. It's within the GM spec.

The reason the toe spec is .1 degrees toed in, is because as the car moves forward, it has a natural tendency to push the tires outward.
So the idea is that the static tenth of a degree toe in, will be zero once the car is in motion.
