Question for PDR

I have the PDR in my vette. Have not used it yet but would like to use tomorrow when I am taking a vet on a corvette run with a bunch of us here in Houston tomorrow. would love to get my vet some video of both the cruise to the track and then the track time also. How much time will a 32 SD card record? How about a 64? I have both.

Thought I read it in the owner's manual but I don't seem to find it.

I remember reading that a 32GB card will record like a 10 hours?

32 GB = 785 min x 2 for 64 GB

If you are over a 32GB card - make sure it’s been formatted in FAT32 or the PDr can’t read it

either size is fine for a single cruise or track event

I use a 128GB card, just needed to reformat to FAT32. Found a short free application online, just Google to find. Card works great.

Keep in mind, that the PDR only runs a 100 minutes & it shuts off, so you will have to restart if you are recording a longer session.

I use a 256Gb card in my PDR. It's relatively inexpensive for a ton of memory! Getting a couple thousand minutes...

FYI, while SD cards can be formatted using Windows or Mac OS applications, the SD Association recommends formatting it using their purpose designed software. I must have formatted dozens of SD cards without an issue, but when I ran into problems with a radio control airplane transmitter's SD card I discovered this obscure fact, and the problematic SD card became useful after formatting it with the free SD Memory Card Formatter software.
