Default Alignment question

2014 Base model w/15K miles. Drove straight as an arrow since new. no tire wear problems. Installed AS3 RF's. Immediate slight but noticeable pull to right even on flat roads. WHY?? (note: perfectly Balanced to 90+ mph). Getting alignment but what should I look for initially.

I would look first at the 'cross camber' and 'cross caster' values vs spec. If these are off, then it might cause some pull.
I also went from PSS to AS3+ but didn't notice any pull. I did have an alignment this past week as a prevention for tire wear, and the cross camber was slightly out of spec, as well as caster on the right wheel.

I always have a 4-wheel alignment done when I replace tires... have for 29 years of driving Corvettes (800K miles) - lots of tire replacements... Also, the new tires will likely track differently.

Virtually all roads, even "flat" ones are canted 1 or more degrees to the right. It may not seem like a lot, but it really is. May or not contribute to what is going on with your car.

^^
There is a 4 lane divided highway at the end of our street. A number of 18 wheelers and heavy log trucks travel in the right lane. Not visible, but in a ~4 mile section they have worn ridges in the right lane and the wide Grand Sport tires are always moving the car around. I drive in the left lane when traffic permits. Different tires grab differently on the outside treads.

I agree that minor road wear conditions can make a car pull a little...also check the pressures. One or two pounds can give a pull...cheaper than doing an alignment first
