Don't worry about what we think of the deal my friend. If you walk away happy that's all that matters. But yes, 58K is a good deal in my book. Welcome to forum, and welcome to the family. Now, you just have to practice that perfect Corvette wave when you meet another member of the family, old and new. I wish you many smiles to the mile. Congratulations.

purchasing my first ever corvette brand New 2017 C7. Wanted to know if I was getting a good deal. Talked the dealer down to 58k.
Any info highly appreciated!
I appreciate everyones positivity but the 58k imo is a little on the high end.. that car is optioned well but 3 years old..my used 17 with 2k was 49k..and I got t that back in December 2018.. granted this one is a 2lt.
Can they come closer to kbb ????? 43 to 46 for a used one with 100 miles ..I think 51 to 52 would be max I’d pay.
if if you get make sure dealer agrees to additional service contract at no charge or at least make sure the car doesn’t have tire issues or oil issues if it had been sitting for a while.
I am surprised no one chimed it that it may be better to get a new 19 with so many left on the lots.
Op good luck you will love the car but check the blue book price 1st.

Reason: Typo
I too believe you can get this car for less $$. If not, I think you should keep looking! Of course if this is the exact car you want, meaning all of the options are what you would get if you ordered a brand new one from factory, then perhaps you will be willing to pay a little more. But ONLY if it's exactly as you would order. For me this car has a lot of $$ added for items I would not order. But perhaps for you it has just what you want
Based on an analysis of the following information/experience? No, you didn't "get a good deal."
I bought a very loaded 2017 Convertible 3LT, in November 2017 less -20%. You got -21%. I've owned and enjoyed my 2017 for 1.5 years. A 2017 in 2019 depending on the Chev. dealer may have gotten up to about -30% off or so based on other members experiences buying new stock.
However you decide, enjoy your new Corvette...!!!

And from the looks of it, my gut says a 2LT 2017 Z51 that includes most of those options would be less expensive than buying the options individually (guy feeling).
Have you checked to see if it's really a Z51 and they line itemed all of the options to jack up the MSRP.
Something just looks odd about that options list and the prices.
I know that it's common for people to come on here after they've already done a deal and ask "how did i do" but this guy sounds like he actually did it the right way and asked about the deal before pulling the trigger and it confused everyone lol
Your decision, and yours alone. Seems many congrats to you for a great price, I'll go along with the handful of others that say price needs to come down several thousand more or I'd keep looking. As soon as you drive and register that car, it's a 2 year old used car. Ask your salesman how much he would give you if you owned it and were looking to sell it. I'm guessing not 58K. It's very nicely optioned though, and if you're planning to keep it and drive it ( note: these are not collector cars anymore ! ) then go for it, be happy with your decision, and post up more pics driving it like you stole it !!

unless he's just bad with verb tense
Did that window sticker make any sense? Looked like a used car, 150 miles on it, but I went back and he definitely said new, so I dunno?
