Engine light on
I haven't cranked my 2015 stingrays in a few weeks and the engine turned over slowly, But started. A quarter mile from my house I noticed the dash was not illuminated. Temp on dash (cabin temp) was reading in Celsius. I took the battery out and had it charged, now it cranks as it should, but the engine light is on.
P26c8 code and p148c code coming up. Any ideas?

These cars do stupid things when the battery is weak. I suggest just clearing the codes as the weak battery is probably what caused them. If I'm to far out in left wheel hopefully someone will come along, and correct me. Good luck, I hope it's nothing serious.
My next suggestion is if possible buy yourself a good battery tender, and keep that baby plugged in when it's setting. It's tough on a battery when it dies, and is recharged too many times.

Make sure your battery is fully charged at all times - a battery tender is a good idea if you do not drive the car on a regular basis.
