Must be a current owner or lessee of a 2005 model year or newer Corvette vehicle for at least 30 days prior to the new vehicle sale. Not available with special financing, lease and some other offers. Take new retail delivery by 4/30/19. See dealer for details.
No why would they? Every dealer who sell Corvettes knows the more C7's they sell the more C8's they will get? So the discount isn't going to change and you will get another $3,000 of if you currently own or lease a Corvette.
Ed is correct on that 3,000 plus what you can negotiate off marl.

Makes me wonder why Chevy restricts this offer to current owners. It seems to me that virtually everyone who wanted (or could afford) a C7 has one. Sales are continuing to decline - 16% in the 1st qtr of 2019. You would think that Chevy would want to attract non-owners or former owners, but I guess their marketing folks aren’t looking to expand the ownership cross section.
Both Big forum dealers, MacMulkin and Kerbeck are advertising this as ANY year Corvette owner, not just 2005 and newer like the chevy.com website says....

FYI, if you go back to chevy.com the disclosure has been updated to eliminate the reference to 2005 or newer. It's ANY year.
