The Steering Mode selection is made with the car running from the info screen.
Settings—Driving Mode—Steering.
I have used this selection for years. I generally keep it in sport or track mode
I know the feel that comes from changing into each mode but I don’t really know what it’s changing.
Does anyone have real knowledge of what’s changing as different modes are selected?
The power steering is electrically assisted instead of hydraulic like old days. So for touring, it provides the highest amount of electrical assist, and in track mode, the least amount of assist. Sport is in between.
The idea is to have more input from the road with less assist.
