I recently had the infotainment screen replaced on my 2016 C7 Stingray. I now notice the gear selection indicators next to the gear shift on the console do not light up. Could it simply be a burned out fuse? If so where would that fuse be located and how would I identify the problem fuse?
Is it possible when replacing the screen the technician might have inadvertently dislodged something to cause this. Was it just coincidental? Might there be some type of sensor or switch that has failed?
Is there a TSB for the gear shift indicator failing to light up? Luckily the selected gear indicator on the instrument panel is operable.
Any help would be appreciated.
Did you ever find out what caused this problem? It just happened to me. None of the selected gears show up. I have a manual so the auto rev also stopped working. When I put it in reverse the camera does not come on. I will take it to the dealer this week.
