Rear end and transmission fluid change $$
Just got a price from the local Chevy dealer: Rear end fluid change; $260 with synthetic 75W-140. A fluid change with the Mobil 1 LV ATF HD $ 230. Higher than what I am use to paying, but other vehicles very not Corvettes. Do these prices sound reasonable for a 16 Vette?

The "Corvette Tax" is a bugger. But, the prices don't sound that bad to me. Heck, I'd offer them $450 for the whole deal. They may surprise you, and give that little break. The worst thing they can do is say no.

My dealer charged $200 to change my rear diff with ACDelco 75W90 LS gear oil. However, it is now back at the dealer to resolve a grinding/groaning issue when making tight slow speed turns.

That's over priced for the rear diff and a little under priced for the trans, assuming you have an A8. If you have a M7, not only is that the incorrect fluid, but then it's also over priced.

While my 16 has 9,000 miles I figure most of the rear differential wear occurs in the first few thousand miles during the gear wear in. Also thinking about helping to ensure the transmission shudder issue stays away.

Changing out the tranny fluid is nice, but it takes a thorough flush to get all the old stuff out, as per the current A8 bulletin; if that's what you want. The complete flush and new fluid seems to runs something over $400 from what people have posted here. Lots of labor and lots of expensive fluid.
