Default Stingray grill

Wow love my stingray grill its all carbon flash no chrome strip thru the middle of it so it is a good looking grill. But man it is hard to keep clean the bugs stick in every possible corner and crany of it. Is the z06 grill easier to keep clean?

The ZO6 and GS grill is harder to clean because of all the little rectangular egg crates.

They can all be hard, but it's really easy if you do this: spray some Zaino Z-6 on the grill before you drive thru a bunch of bugs, when you're done go to the manual car wash and use the high pressure spray - they come right off no problem..................

Every detail on the C7 is like that... and, I thought my C5 was a pita to clean when I first got it.

I've found that around town driving I don't have to do anything extra, but on road trips the bugs can be bad. That's when I use a Novistretch--just for the road trip. Throw it in the wash and it's good for next time. It's a good compromise.

Agree. The Sun Joe or similar inexpensive washers have all the power you need for almost any job and cost almost nothing. Make sure you've got a wide or adjustable tip.

Get a really high powered pressure washer and you can remove paint, especially the flexible stuff on bumpers. (Don't ask me how I know, but at least it wasn't a C7.)

Yes, all the nooks and crannies in the Stingray grill can be a PITA to keep clean from the bug splatters. I ponied up for a Novastretch bra and that has so far kept the grille area clean and bug free.

I've got some black plastic gutter leaf guards that will assist in stopping smaller, but not the smallest insects while on the highway. I'd strap tie one on either side of the center mounted state license plate.

Buy a brush like the one picture below. Boar's hair or a type that won't scratch the paint. It takes me about 1 minute of scrubbing from start to finish. Gets in all the nooks and crannies. Looks brand new when I'm finished. I use it for just the grille.
