Wiring harness problem
The driver's seat would not move back and forth properly. I took it to my dealership and they found where something had rubbed the harness and it was periodically shorting out. They said it would not be covered by the bumper to bumper warranty and that I would have to pay for the repair.
Does anyone have any knowledge of whether or not wiring is covered by warranty?

Unless you did something to cause the harness to be in the wrong position and result in the wear, I can’t see why it wouldn’t be covered under your warranty. Find another dealer and see what they say.
