Default New to C7

Picked up a 2016 2LT Z51 coupe yesterday and said goodbye to my C6. Love how it drives. Tomorrow window tint, I forgot how hot it is without tinting!

great color...I was looking at yellow, orange or the color you have. Difficult to tell from picture but do you have the tan (kalari) interior - to me that is the best one for that color. If you do not I am still sure it looks great. I also went with a z51 but can I ask why not a GS. I had my reasons curious what yours where.

Congrats. You're supposed to pick it up on Saturday morning so you have all weekend to break it in.

Hello rick g. Nice Vette and love that color. Did you buy it from a Florida dealer? Which one?

Thanks

Congrats, I also hated giving up my C-6. You will find out the C-7 is an amazing car, light years ahead of the C-6. Enjoy!!!!!!

Yes, I bought it from a Florida dealer. Dimmitt Chevrolet in Clearwater. Not bad to work with, just expect the usual Florida “add ons”. Pre-delivery service charge $999.50 (under $1000 though🤣😂&#129315. Recon costs $1489.00 (must have had to put tire dressing on 🤣😂&#129315. Cert. Fee $599.00 (CPO). In the end I told them I didn’t really care what they called it as long as their bottom line met mine, and they came very close. We were $10,000 apart in the beginning and I ended up playing $1,000 more than I than I thought I would. I came up $3000 and they came down $7000. I do give them credit for being up front with all their add on’s. I’ve found it is almost a fact of life here in Florida. If I was purchasing new I may have gone elsewhere, but they had the car I wanted. I’m happy with the price and they are happy they moved another car.

That’s all that really counts anyway. Both parties are happy!

i definitely know your feeling as I too just bought a 2014 C7 vert (3LT) in LRG / Kalahari interior with a M7 & supercharger!

It really is light years ahead of the 2013 (SSB / Titanium interior, Auto & supercharged ) I sold 2 weeks ago.
