Default Passenger side vent module removal

Acquired an Adrenaline Red passenger side air vent module, but cannot find a removal method or DIY anywhere, no luck with an internet search, or forum. Hoping someone has done this mod and can guide me through it. I removed 3 screws from the bottom, but that's all I could find....

Thanks, I am getting up the nerve to start this one. Have read through all the information and printed out diagrams to make notes on. I agree with the member who mentioned there is no need to mess with the center console. Do you concur? Been thinking it might be a good idea to remove the passenger seat, no? Seems like the whole thing is removable of the glove box to get access to the trim panel, yes?

I have not removed the dash on mine. My only advice is to read through the shop manual pages and understand them before you start. Take your time and good luck.

I’ve had a lot of that side apart, but haven’t removed that particular piece. With that side I see no reason to mess with center console or the need to remove passenger seat.

I'm half way there after about an hour. Looks like I will have to do something with the center console. There is a hidden screw that needs to come out. Far left in the diagram with the number 1 leading to it. The center console has to go to get to it.....

Default Stumped....

thought I could complete this mod today, but I know when I am licked. I am at the point of removing the 2 9/32" trim screws from the backside of the stock panel. No matter what tool or socket I use I cannot get the proper engagement on the head of the screw due to interference from the bottom of the shiny panel shown to the left. . I am working up through the access panel under the dash with no luck. What did you guys use to get to the screw head? All I need to do is loosen it then continue by hand. This picture shows where I am working now to get the final task completed.....what am I missing?
