First car show, first trophy
First car show with the Corvette. Only Laguna blue there. Everyone loved it, especially my son! Spread the word about his disease. Blue and yellow are the colors for Cushing’s disease awareness. I must say I was amazed at how many Corvette owners had no idea what a Premier Corvette was, even one of the judges thought it was custom ordered. Headed to Carlisle next week.

Congrats to you and your son on the award. I'm sure he played a critical part in prepping the car for the show.

Good job. I showed my 2015 C7 several times and never got anything. The only trophies I ever got for a car in recent years was for my 2016 Charger Scat Pack. Don't know why, but the judges loved that car. I will give it a try this fall/winter with my 2019 Stingray. Hoping for better luck.

Thanks! I usually do well with the T/A, nothing this go around though. Wasn’t sure on the Vette. There were about 18 other C7’s there, one was a nice 17 GS collector vert that I thought would win. The judges came by several times to check ours out. They liked the color combo and the chrome rims! 😂
My son also brought some of his LEGO cars, crane and custom ribbon. He also built the Bugatti and they really loved that, tons of questions on it too!
I will see if Carlisle nets anything. Just taking the Vette to that one.
