2019 Stingray-nails in rear tires

I would patch it inside, not a plug outside imo. Done it a few times on other cars over the years with no issues. If you track the car, I would replace probably both rear tires.

I got a nail in the middle of one of my (original) GS rear tires at around 3,000 miles. I took it to Discount Tire where they patched and plugged it. I have driven the crap out of it for another 11,000 miles and it is fine.

I read a lot of positive posts about Discount Tire stores. Sure wish we had one in my area.

The correct repair is a combination plug/patch.

Get it plugged and patched and enjoy driving until the tire wears out.

Make sure they have the Hunter touchless repair system. I had to drive 20 miles one way to find a Discount Tire that had the touchless system; there's probably 10 Discount Tire stores that are closer and don't have the touchless system.
