I think this is what you are asking. Click on the "Image" icon next to the "Smilies" face in the Reply dialog box. Browse your device or "My Album" for a pic and upload it to your reply. If you pick an image from your device since it automatically goes into your "My Album" folder in the forums database. You can upload any time from that folder too.

The easiest way for me is to hit the picture icon and upload the picture when it gets to 100% I copy it and paste to my comment.
