Factory ordering?
Hi all, went to my local dealer to look at inventory for 2019,
to my surprise salesman and manager indicated I had to July 10-19 to order one from the factory. I went ahead and ordered,
salesman called today to verify order is in.
i questioned salesman today as I thought last date was June 23,
any insight?
for what it’s worth they are Canada’s largest corvette dealer in greater Toronto area.

2. Chevrolet thought they had their just in time C7 inventory stocks scheduled to end the run with June 23 orders; but then another gynormous warehouse, previously thought empty was opened and was filled to the brim with c7 parts in cartons marked from the A.B. Normal C7 Parts Company. Nobody remembers ordering anything from good ole ABNormal C7 parts Company, but Bowling Green management is damn glad to have another couple of months of C7 production using entirely ABNormal C7 parts.

WN is pretty reliable and I would tend to trust that they know what the final production status is of C7's for Canada. Just to be on the safe side, ask them to provide you with a copy of the order status. If the car is scheduled for production it will be at status 3300. It might take until this Thursday to reach that status, that's when GM Canada picks up dealer orders. Hope you get your car.

Next week is the last week to order coupes. Convertible orders stopped on June 13th. I hope your dealer had an allocation for a car because the GM is only excepting allocation orders for the last allocation cycle? Have the dealer show you that your at 3000 then you will know your car will be built?
