So I got some guy in my PMs that is adamant that stage 2 winglets or any winglets for that matter will fit a z51. Now Ive seen people on this forum do it, or what I think are z51s doing it and to me it looks fine...?
Can you guys confirm to me that these winglets do in fact git a z51 spoiler. Pics will be great if you have em..
I will "kind of" fit... you will have to drill the holes and install the inserts... The stage 2 has a different curve to it so it does not line up exactly.... It has been done by people on here... I was going to do it but instead just bought the Z06 spoiler and installed the stage 1 but I still have the stage 2 if I track or something..
They 'fit'. I did it to my car using nutserts. As mentioned, the sides do not attach and there is a slight gap. However, the point at which the piece don't line up, it's hard to notice because the pieces are black. Unless you know the cars, it's not a bid deal. For the look I wanted, it doesn't bother me in the least.
In case anyone comes across this thread in the future, looking for answers... Here's my 2014 Z51 with every piece of Z06 aero you can think of. Fits fine and looks great if done correctly. Every time I go out, people ask if it's a Z06, a ZR1, is it the new C8, is it a Lamborghini? All ages, men and women, take pics, etc. The people love it, I love it, Z[06]ER0 complaints.
